With debt judgment already on your record & pymts in progress, can u call the original creditor?

My question is If you have an judgment already on your debt with payments in progress, can u call the original creditor to see if they can drop the % on the case? Or is this a final thing until the credit is paid off?

i don't know what u mean by judgement. Interest never goes down unless u consolidate them all in one, and only bank creditors are willing to do this but i have with them already a good deal of 8% and don't want to blow it by giving more info than asked. (hush hush). Some talk u into getting another card by same creditor that has less interest but yearly fee and already got a couple reduced by that way but not everyone is willing to do that so i'm stuck with a few high ones that balance out with the low ones that make it affordable to live. If u have a judgement with payments in progress it is a done deal! Unless they want and like your business and reason why i got offered lower interest rates last year and even a grand higher for credit and they did verbalize liked or appreciated my business. If have payments in progress can change anytime if have cash to discontinue prepaid but have to do when not close to date withdrawn so either pay off and end the contract or let it keep going they don't care either way but no breaks in interest since gave two years interest free. How much more can u ask for when u already got the best deal given...so ya can payoff but dont know if should tommorrow or wait a few i already have to pay 785 in a couple days for rent and i owe gov $500, not all at once they take gst cheques (for future payments which brings bill down to $150 stat when i get the letter, so soon.
Reply:It's pointless to call the original creditor at this point in time.
