Which publicly traded companies embrace a philosophy of NO DEBT?

I'm not asking which companies do not have any debt....I'm asking which companies have a philosophy of opposing debt. Some companies will have a statement of some sort stating that they shy away from debt but are there some companies ( publicly traded ) who adamantly oppose it and refuse to borrow?

Thanks in advance!

Pick your favorite stock symbol and see. Look at the balance sheet debt figures. Any company with low debt at these interest rates, is definitely a debt hater. Even I'm borrowing a little. One more good pop like today, in the market, and I'll take profits though.
Reply:Until recently Microsoft avoided using any debt in its capital structure. That changed recently as the company decided to lever up - i.e. issue debt and buy back shares.
