How much money do you have saved? Or how much debt do you have? And by the way, I've seen other questions on here like this, and there are always so many people who claim to be rich, and very few people who claim to have debt..just be honest! I have about $8,000 in debt and a few hundred in the bank. Mine debt is a car loan, student loan, credit cards. I just sold my house so no debt there.
How much money or debt do you have?
Well first off I'll say this is the honest truth about my money/debt situation
I have a personal loan with a balance of $1,535
I have a low limit credit card of $300 with a balance of $144
I have a $2,000 limit credit card with a balance of $1,390 (which I am trying to pay down from charging college tuition on)
I have a $1,500 limit credit card with a balance of $405
My auto loan has a remaining $14,526.48 left to pay off and I am trying to get it refinanced
I have managed to save $1,600 from my tax return last year that I still have....I don't have a house but am working on saving for it but of course you have the unexpectedly emergencies that puts me two steps back sometimes, but I currently rent....I am not rich, not even comfortable, I'm living day to day...I was living paycheck to paycheck but somehow I got out of that situation and do have a cushion of about $100 between paydays!
Reply:Right now I'm probably in debt over $20,000 dollars and most of it is school expenses. I have student loans but because of the school I go to not everything is covered so I'm still spending about $2000 a year on books and other things needed for school. Right now the only thing I have worried about is my credit card bills, but in about year and a half I will have to start paying back my student loans.

Reply:I have about $2000 in the bank. My debt consists of a house ($78,000 left), my student loan ($13,000 left), my husbands student loan ($12,000 left he is still in school so we haven't started to pay yet), my car ($1120 left 0% interest), my husbands car ($1500 left), the root canal I am getting in December ($560). I have no credit card debt as I pay off my card every month and collect the "points".

Reply:Whether you have seen similar questions to yours or not, no one should give you an answer, if they do, they are setting themselves up for identity theft. I realize most people dismiss it, as though it will never happen to them, but it is the fastest growing crime in America.
And maybe telling someone the type and amount of debt you have won't turn against you, but it IS sensitive information that could be exploited; a thief could trace you ISP server, get your tracking number, find out who you are, and using the info posted here, steal any information about you he wanted, spend however he wanted, and stick you with the bill, and lousy credit report it will create. One minute you're a regular person, the next you owe money for a car you never bought -- the hassle to correct things will be huge, and may take years, so be careful what type info you give out online.
